What is the difference between Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea Kit?
The Signature Brown Sugar Kit comes with milk (with options such as full cream/oat/soy milk) whereas the Boba Milk Tea Kit comes with black tea bag and non-dairy creamer.

How long is the shelf life?
The shelf life is 10 days upon receiving the kit.

How do I store the DIY KIT?
Please store it in a cool and dry place and avoid direct heat or sunlight.

What are the ingredients?
Our ingredients are all directly imported from Taiwan. The brown sugar boba is made from tapioca and brown sugar, All of our ingredients are free from additives, preservatives and artificial ingredients

Why the shelf life of the Kit is shorter in comparison to other brands?
The shelf Life is relatively shorter due to the fact that our boba is freshly made without any added preservatives or additives. 

Do you offer any dairy free option?
Yes, we offer options such as Soy or Oat Milk for our Signature Brown Sugar Kit.

Are There vegan options?
We have vegan options for our Signature Brown Sugar Boba Kit where you can pick from either Soy or Oat milk.

Are there gluten free options?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free. 

When will my shipment arrive?
Delivery can vary from 2 -3 business days in metro areas, Delivery exceeds 5 business days to certain remote and regional areas.

However during these challenging times, we've seen an increase in demand that has resulted in some of our delivery times being longer than usual.
