Delivery and Returns
At the moment, we are working our hardest to process, pack and post your orders as fast as we can. Your items may take a little longer to get to you than usual, but don’t worry you’ll still get them.
We are working closely with our delivery partner to ensure delivery estimates are as accurate as possible. If an item isn’t delivered by the estimated delivery date, we recommend you allow a few extra days for your item to arrive.
Please wait for "Ready to Collect" text message from us before heading in-store to pick up your order.

Delivery To Australia
We use Australia Post and Fastway as our trustworthy delivery partners.
Delivery can vary from 2 -3 business days in metro areas, Delivery exceeds 5 business days to certain remote and regional areas.
Due to COVID-19 our delivery partners have been experiencing significant delays due to social distancing measures and increased parcel volumes.
At the moment we only can ship to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia
Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address after the order is placed?
Please contact our team and they will follow it up for you. If your order has not been shipped yet then we can change it for you.
